Our current class schedule is as follows:

Monday/Wednesday @6pm

Tuesday/Thursday @6pm

Monday/Wednesday @7am

Monday/Wednesday @12pm

Saturday @9am

Saturday @10am

Each class has a maximum of 5 people, lasts generally 1 hour (unless otherwise specified), & requires that you set up an assessment with Alex prior to joining the class. This assessment goes over each of the lifts and determines whether the class is a good fit for your needs. Sign up for one of our classes here!

If none of these times work for you, please email Alex at info@atlantawomensbarbellclub.com and she will be happy to try to accommodate your schedule by building a group around you. It’s not guaranteed that we’ll be able to accommodate every time, but an effort will be made to make it work for you!
